Deadline: October 31
Applications for the Fall hockey season will be accepted from January 1 through October 31.
Awardees will be notified by email after completed applications are reviewed by the Foundation Board.
Nels Venerus Foundation Application Timeline:
- January 1 – October 31: Scholarship applications are accepted.
- May 1: Application review process begins for the upcoming season.
- July – August: Rep player awards are announced.
- September – October: House player awards are announced.
- October 31: Last day to submit applications.
Considerations:
The number of grants awarded are subject to annual funds made available from the Nels Venerus Hockey Foundation Endowment Fund, as well as established guidelines within the Foundation’s Charter.
Applicants who miss the deadline are encouraged to wait and apply during next year’s application cycle. Applications received after the deadline may not be processed.
